Bush Warehouse
The Bush warehouse was constructed in two parts in the 1830s. It was an office and warehouse building for the engineering firm of Acramans with an extension added as a potential tea warehouse, although the tea trade never came to Bristol. After Acramans became bankrupt in the late 1840s, it passed to the Bush family, who used it for general warehousing into the 1960s. After this it was converted to become the Arnolfini art gallery.
